  1. Scope
    These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all contracts between a customer and Milo's Play Corner ("Seller", "we", "us") relating to goods presented in our online store.
  2. Orders and Contract Formation
    Product descriptions in our store do not constitute a binding offer by us. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase, which we accept by sending an order confirmation email.
  3. Prices and Payment
    Prices quoted are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated and added at checkout where required. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout, processed securely through Shopify Payments and our payment partners.
  4. Delivery and Shipping

  6. Warranty
    If a purchased item is defective, the applicable statutory warranty provisions apply. Please contact us promptly with details and, where possible, photos of the defect.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is limited. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the state in which you, as a consumer, have your habitual residence.
